Our delivery process
Our team are busy working to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.
Our primary courier is DPD parcel delivery service, so you can have peace of mind from their comprehensive tracking service available with all orders.
You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been despatched.

Please allow up to 5 working days for our standard delivery service (Helly Hansen orders can be expected to take up to 10 days). This applies to Plain orders only, for customised orders we will provide your personalised garments between 10 - 15 days depending on current demands.

Our returns process
Firstly, thank you for placing an order with Workwear Pro Direct.
We are grateful you put your trust in us and we promise to do everything we can to deliver an amazing product and service.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the products we supply. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we will endeavour to do all we can to make things right and these are the steps you need to follow.
Returning customised items
For customised/embroidered or printed items: You can return decorated items that are faulty, damaged or were incorrectly supplied. Once the items have been embroidered or printed it is not possible to cancel the order.
For plain (non-customised) items: We will gladly exchange unused items, or refund the amount you paid for the item. You may return the items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), providing the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.
Returning used items
If you want to return a used item: If a product has been used we encourage you to call our customer service team either by phone on 0800 023 9290 or email [email protected] before returning the used item so we can provide you with the best service.
How do I return unwanted/damaged/faulty items?
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the product(s) you would like to return and specify if you would like a refund, exchange or credit. We will quickly respond with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Step 1 Email [email protected] or call at 0800 023 9290 to initiate your returns request.
Step 2 Once your returns request has been authorised, you will receive a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#).
Step 3 Package the item(s) securely, and post to the following address - FAO Returns (RA#), Workwear Pro Direct, Thorncombe Barn, Fore Street, Thorncombe, Chard, TA20 4PP.
Step 4 Email [email protected] with your proof of postage and we will reimburse your costs up to 50% of your original order delivery fee (if returning the entire order contents).
Step 5 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 2 working days from receipt of your items to complete this process. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
