How to customise a garment
Step 1 Choose from our wide range or workwear garments and select your colour and size.
Step 2 On your selected product page, click ‘Get a quote now’.
Step 3 Complete the customisation request form and upload your logo.
Step 4 Our customer service team will review your request and submit a quote back to you within 24 hours.
Step 5 Once we receive your approval we will personally take care of your order.

Application methods explained

Embroidery
The art of interpreting a logo or design from print to stitches, using the best quality threads and specialist machines to sew designs onto the garments of your choice.
- High quality look and feel to promote your brand
- Colours won't fade
- Durable,extremly long lasting
- Over 500 colours to choose from
- Suitable for small design areas e.g. front breast placement
- Can apply to large variety of materials
- Not recommended for waterproof materials

There are a variety of print methods available.
When our knowledgeable team receive your order, they choose the best print method for the garment(s). This will depend on factors such as material and the complexity of your logo/design.
Read on for types of print application:
Screen Printing
The application of a logo or design on to clothing products using ink printed through screens. The logo/design is printed onto the material one colour at a time and then put through a dryer to cure the ink.
- Great detail can be achieved
- High quality finish that is soft to touch and durable
- Perfect for bulk runs: once the machines are set we can print huge quantities in just a matter of hours
- Suitable for bright vibrant colours
- Works great for large design areas (e.g. large back placement)
- Great for t-shirts and hoodies
Direct to Garment Print (DTG)
DTG is the future of print. It is a relatively new print process although one that is already revolutionising the industry. The process is appropriately named as it literally prints your design directly onto your chosen garment
- Soft texture and feels part of the garment
- Durable and looks great
- No design limitations
- Achieve gradient effects
- Suitable for intricate tiny details and photography
- Great for t-shirts and hoodies

Transfers
Logos/designs are printed and cut from a printable vinyl that is then heat pressed onto the garment.
Litho transfer is a much smoother substrate than textile as it’s printed onto paper first and will hold a really fine dot. This is then heat applied to the garment.

Screenprint Digital Transfers
- Cost-effective way to buy short run dramatic clothing
- Good for logos or designs with 1-2 colours
- Popular with universities and sports teams for numbers, messages etc.
Litho Digital Transfers
- Good for larger and extremely detailed designs or logos
- Has amazing detail as printed onto a paper first
- Both transfer methods good for high visibility items
